Strategy & Transformation Lead
Ken combines enterprise consulting discipline with a founder’s commercial judgment. A former IBM solutions manager and serial entrepreneur, his experience spans omnichannel retail, commerce ventures and multi-year automotive digitalization programs. He connects executive priorities with operating processes, product direction and implementation realities—shaping solution roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and guiding delivery from early discovery through launch and iteration. His strength is making ambitious ideas commercially coherent and operationally achievable.
Product Strategy & Narrative Lead
Margot works at the intersection of business analysis, product strategy and persuasive storytelling. Her experience spans automotive customer and dealer platforms, enterprise credit and ESG assessment products, and investor-facing business plans. From zero-to-one product definition to complex workflow redesign, she translates stakeholder needs into product logic, prototypes and implementation-ready requirements. An art direction background adds a distinctive strength: making complex ideas not only workable, but clear, compelling and ready for decision-makers.
Technology & Delivery Lead
Liwei brings hands-on engineering depth to business-critical digital products. A senior backend engineer and project manager, he has led or contributed to automotive retail, finance and reporting systems, alongside commerce platforms. His expertise spans architecture, API design, data modelling and performance optimization across Java, Spring, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis. Working from requirements through launch, he translates product intent into technical decisions and coordinates implementation—giving the team a grounded view of what is feasible, what is complex and how to deliver it.
